In 2023, this/play embarked on a transformative journey centered around the theme of "Generation." We metamorphosed the abandoned underground space of Mal Blok M, once the epicenter of IT during the vibrant 80s era, into an immersive exhibition. Within this revamped space, JIPfest curated a showcase featuring the works of 24 photographers. Each photographer skillfully wove a narrative, providing a glimpse into their personal journeys of growth and reflections on the intricate tapestry of today's cultural and political landscape. The result was an evocative and thought-provoking experience that transcended time, bridging the past, present, and the ever-evolving essence of the next generation
